ReTextile is 501(c)(3) certified, so all donations are eligible for a tax write-off.
I Want to Make a Monetary Donation
We accept monetary donations via check. Please email retextilequilts@gmail.com for an address to send you check to.
We will be offering the ability to donate via PayPal and Venmo soon. Thank you for your patience!
I Want to Donate Quilts
We accept all quilts that are…
– At least 40” x 50” and no larger than 54” x 60”;
– Made out of previously purchased, quality fabric;
– Made with quality, low loft batting such as cotton, cotton blends, polyester, or polyester blends. Quilting should be appropriate for the quilt and not overly dense;
We accept any quilt pattern, but prefer quilts that use modern patterns with bright, uplifting colors. For more information, visit the Volunteer tab on our website.
I Want to Make a Fabric Donation
Fabric must be…
– Cotton and/or appropriate for use of beginner quilters;
– In good/new condition;
– Fabric is not seasonally themed (such as Christmas or Halloween) and is not a children’s novelty fabric;
– Previously purchased fabric.
Fabric that was purchased new for the purpose of donating to ReTextile will not be accepted.
I Want to Donate Other Quilting Supplies
We are not currently accepting batting or thread donations. Please check back for future updates.
I Want to Donate Something Else
Gifts of Real Property, Personal Property, or Securities may only be accepted upon approval of ReTextile’s Board of Directors. Please fill out our contact form to get in contact with us.
